Whipping milk is extremely easy and fast. It is enough to heat the milk to the preferred temperature (but not cooked, it should have a temperature of about 60-65 degrees). Then beat the heated milk with a piston, pressing vigorously several times. Once we have the desired effect, i.e. velvety, fluffy foam, we pour it directly onto the brewed coffee. We fill the Tuttocrema container only to 1/3 of the height, because the milk increases in volume. The frother can be used on a gas, electric or ceramic stove. It is made of aluminum coated with Teflon.
